4. Data Privacy & Technology
Local Storage (SwiftData)
To protect your privacy, this App uses SwiftData and AppStorage to store all challenge progress, weight entries, journal reflections, photos, and task completions locally on your device.
No Developer Access
The Developer does not operate a database or server that stores your personal information. We have no access to your weight logs, photos, or journal entries.
iCloud Sync
Any data syncing between your devices is handled entirely through your personal Apple iCloud account.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any:

- Loss of data, including journal entries and progress photos, due to app deletion, device failure, or lack of iCloud backup.
